What is Your Personal Development Growth I.Q.?

Have you done a personal growth checklist on your life lately?

Many goals are never reached due to lack of self-assessments.

It is frightening and overwhelming to sit down and have to face yourself. Yet, in order for personal development to happen, it is exactly what you must do.

Get yourself a small notebook to be used for all thoughts concerning you. Inside these pages you will keep notes, to-do lists, inspirations and basically, everything about you. When you put yourself on paper consistently, it becomes a life management bible. Seeing who we are in written form is magic to personal growth.

There is value contained here about your purpose in living. By privately writing down your daily to-do’s, aspirations, or even 5 year plans, these pages outline where your life is going. Where your life has been. The notebook becomes your intimate novel to personal development growth. It makes you self-aware of your behaviors and habits.

It puts your dreams in your face to encourage self-actualization. No matter how terrifying the pen gets, you have opportunity to change your life on the very next page.

Getting your personal development growth I.Q. involves mastering the pages you’ve written about yourself into new pages of re-inventing yourself and your circumstances. It is through doing a consistent assessment of your life, and bravely finding new ways to approach setbacks. Questions about who you are and where you are going are constant within these pages.

You have made yourself accountable for your life by writing everything down. It is easier to take personal responsibility for what happens to you if you acknowledge it with a pen. You cannot grow if you do not know. So much happens to us in the course of a day and can easily be missed as an opportunity for growth. By keeping notes, it can be measured and evaluated. Days can melt into months, and years, leaving us in the exact same spot as we began. And then the moment comes where we wonder why our life didn’t turn out the way we planned. It is because time moves forward, and so should we.

Consider this self bible your life instructions.

Critique yourself honestly.

Applaud the little successes you see, because had you not wrote them down you probably would have missed them entirely.

Life is a continual process of renewal and opportunity. To measure your personal development growth I.Q., look back on the pages of yesterday and see if you have climbed ladders or fell steps down. What can be learned? What is within your power to change? How will you recreate yourself in small ways tomorrow? Even one step different than the one before begins a new path. By writing all of you down on paper you have made yourself aware of you. Awareness acknowledges our existence in this world.

An added bonus to purging your thoughts on paper is the release.

What is inside you should come out to keep a healthy mind and attitude. This is why journals exist.

This is a reason people have day timers and diaries. Humans can take in so much information daily, and then swirl it around into a feeling or opinion, even a stressor. It is imperative to good mental health to release all this somewhere else–preferably to paper and not another person.

Encourage good things to happen in your life.

Help the process through timely self-assessments.

Re-invent yourself through writing.

Thinking Positive Builds a Desire toward the Development of Energy and Self-Healing

When you train your brain to think positively you develop energy. When this happens, you start to see why you should work toward self-healing.

As you move along, your energy continues to grow, which puts you in charge of taking back control of your life. While this may sound like a plan, it is nothing until you start training your subliminal mind to learn new ways to take back your control.

You start with brain exercises then  work towards body workouts and other practices that will help you achieve maximum energy development and self-healing. You start to feel better, look better, and you begin working toward your goals.

Thinking positive helps you to self-heal the body and mind. This helps you to achieve your goals, which leads to success. As you progress in learning new ways to take control of your life, you develop a positive attitude. When you commence to think positive from meditative practices for power development and self-healing, you become the person you genuinely desire to be.

You learn to trust your brain. When your brain is active, it gives you insight or wisdom you will use to encourage and welcome self-healing and energy development. The human body and mind places great emphasis on retaining youth, strength and healthy living. When we start the aging processes, it progresses when we fail to give the body and mind its natural requirements. Immobility causes stiffness, soreness, and great disadvantages.

When we exercise the body and mind however, it helps us to retain our human healing power and you feel healthier. When you feel healthier, it soothes twinged muscles and helps you to reduce stress. The action affords us the attitude to work toward energy development for self-healing and healthier living.

Learn to think positively since this will supply you with vitality for healing. When you develop innovative skills, you will begin to see a need to make changes. Adjusting to a positive attitude will allow you to see where changes need to be made. Changes for a healthier, happier and more vital you!

How to develop positive thinking

Learning to think positive requires meditation. You need to focus on your past learning to find ways to develop new skills. Focus on your accomplishments. Draw from these accomplishments by considering your life now. Write down your feelings, thoughts and so on to use them to your advantage as you work on your goal to develop energy for self-healing.

Review what you write. Use the new learning to your advantage by dwelling on your accomplishments and focusing on what you did to achieve them. By Pondering over progressive learning, you will learn to choose better options that lead you to build energy. With the new learning, you should see ways to successfully make changes to achieve your goals.

Learn to take charge of your existence developing new skills to give you advancement so you can get in the saddle. For now, our mission is to reduce stress. However, stress can work to your advantage, so learn how to use stress as a tool to take control of your life.

Learn how to dull stress so you guide your mind and body to relaxation. When you feel strained, the pressure habitually sets us up to many health care problems. We begin to feel stress because we do not receive proper rest.

We have the power to learn how to relieve the impact of stress by examining our life. We can learn to make better life choices by fluctuating and pondering over positive ways to connect with our inner being. This comes from meditating for development and self-healing.

Learn to program your brain differently so you can analyze positive learning by focusing on your goals and repeating actions needed to reach your aim. The more effort you put in to learning the more you construe. Recurring stress increases whenever you focus on negative thoughts, so try and reprogram your brain to focus on the positive.

Once you learn to reprogram your thinking, stress disappears and reappears presenting itself as a reward rather than a negative force. You will notice energy increase at this point.

Develop a positive mind by making helpful choices that will assist you with reducing negative pressures. You will learn to eliminate stress, rather than allow it to accumulate and cause you harm.

Not long after you progress, you affect to have developed energy or power than your body and mind can sustain. You move to exert some of this get-up-and-go juice by exercising the brain in addition to the body.

Alternately, when we exert the cerebrum, it aids us with the prevention of progressive aging. It secures us to living longer. Welcome the intelligence to conceive positive and regulatory thinking. Learn to relax to encourage youth and to retain your memory to slow fermenting aging.

Learn to develop your accepted efficacious wisdom to develop energy for self-healing. Each day you practice, the load lightens, which puts you in the saddle and in control of the reigns. Think Positive in Pizzazz Development and Self-Healing for a healthier way of living.

Thinking Positive in Energy Development and Self-Healing

Thinking Positive in meditation will give you a boost of energy for self-healing. By learning new skills on making changes with a positive attitude, you will begin to show signs of feeling better about yourself and success.

Dig down and bring out your inner feelings about how you feel with the success you have accomplished. Do you feel happy with your career? Do you feel content with how you live? Do you like how you look? How about your health, are you content with your current health? Now, think positive and write these feelings on paper.

Once you have put your true feelings on paper they will be more realistic to help you think positive on making changes to be where you really want to be. By thinking positive, you will make better decisions. You will see the changes you need to make successfully complete your goals.

Take control of your life by thinking positive to give yourself a boost to make better decisions. When we don’t feel good about ourselves, we feel stressed and make poor decisions. Relieve that stress to make better decisions before depression takes control.

Learn to relieve stress to give you relaxation for better decision-making, more energy and living happier. When we feel stressed, the stress often causes us to develop many health problems. We often feel pain and lose sleep. Without sleep, we wake up tired and decisions are harder to make because we focus on how tired we are instead of the decision itself.

You can learn to relieve stress by making goals to have a better life with success when thinking positive in meditating for energy development and self-healing. Once you’ve made your goals and decided how you’re going to change learn the skills of thinking positive and focusing on the changes.

When we focus and practice thinking positive we are learning the meditation skills as well. Reprogram your brain and mind to think positive by focusing and repeating the list of changes often. Some people think once a day reading the list is enough. Wrong, the more you read the list the better. Repeating it many times a day whenever you begin to think negative will help reprogram the brain to override the negative thoughts to positive ones.

As you reprogram your mind, it makes the stress become less, because your confidence will build to help you with making better decisions. Thinking positive by learning to make better decisions will help you relieve stress, since you will learn how to eliminate stressors. Relieve unwanted stress by thinking positive will also help you increase your energy development skills.

Soon you will have more energy than you know what to do with. Use up some of this energy by exercising the brain as well as your body. Everyone’s brain needs to have exercise just like the body.

When we exercise the brain, it helps to prevent aging, which encourages a longer and healthier life. Learn to exercise the brain by using your positive thinking tools. Encouraging the brain to think positive and making better decisions helps us to stay younger and keep our memory from fading as we age.

Keeping your brain and mind active will give it the exercise it needs to help us exercise the body. Our body needs to stay strong and healthy to living longer. As we age, our bodies become stiff, sore, and useless. With exercise you can keep, your body stronger and healthier to relieve pain and stress that causes so many of us to become depressed. Stay in control of your brain and mind with exercise to staying healthier as well as happy.

Begin thinking positive in meditation for energy development and self-healing to become the person you really want to be. Develop your accepted efficacious wisdom now to develop energy in self-healing.

What is Personal Development?

There are many people in our society today that are very unhappy with their lives for one reason or another. Whatever reason they have for being unhappy, there is undoubtedly a way to change it. Sometimes it requires a change in career, or situation. Other times it is simply a change in the way that people think. Sometimes, it is both. This is what personal development is all about.

Personal development is a path that you take to better your family situation, career, spirituality, emotional health, and every other aspect of your life. Essentially, personal development is about making conscious decisions about everything that you do, the way that you think, and the way that you react to situations. Personal development can help you obtain everything that you always dreamed of, and more, with the simple application of a few simple mind sets and tools.

One of the biggest steps toward personal development is a change of mind set. If you think that you can do better, you will. If you think that you are stuck in a dead end job, without family or friends to support you, and no prospects of a better future, you will ultimately be very unhappy. When you change your mind set to positive thinking, you will find that you put forth more effort into everything that you do, and you will have much better results.

Another one of the important steps toward personal development is to set obtainable goals. This is not to say that your dream is not obtainable. But if you constantly think about the goal of being a millionaire with a successful family, you will feel pretty hopeless as that goal seems so far out of reach. Setting obtainable goals simply means that you set goals that lead to the ultimate goal.

It is really about taking steps. When you decide that you need food in your refrigerator, it does not automatically appear. You must make a grocery list, go to the grocery store, shop for items, purchase them, bring them home, and put them in the fridge. Obtaining a large goal is much the same way. You will not get there overnight. It takes going through a series of steps, or smaller goals, to find your way.

Smaller goals also help you to see the bigger picture. Instead of thinking that you are never going to reach your final goal, you will see the progress that you are making as you complete each smaller, more obtainable goal. This will give you a sense of accomplishment, as well as help you to change your thinking to a more positive mind set.

For some, personal development is also a matter of moving beyond past failures and misfortune to see what is possible in the future. Often the negative comments made by friends and family over a life time can be difficult to overcome. Past failures, or just the feeling that one is a failure, are another major obstacle. There are ways to move beyond these obstacles.

Personal development is really about making changes. Finding resources to make changes, move past obstacles, set goals, and find happiness is not always easy. But with all of the personal development books, articles, websites, and other resources available, personal development and happiness can be obtained. For those who need additional help moving past obstacles and making those changes, a counselor or personal development coach can also be of great worth.

How to Meditate

Meditation refers to a condition where your body and mind are consciously relaxed and focused. Practitioners of this art account increased awareness, focus, and concentration, as well as a more positive outlook in life.

While there are several different approaches to meditation, the basic principles stay the same. The most essential among these principles is that of removing disruptive, negative, and drifting thoughts and fantasies, and soothing the mind with a deep sense of focus. This clears the mind of debris and prepares it for a higher quality of activity.

The negative thoughts you have are said to add to the ‘polluting’ of the mind, and closing them out allows for the ‘purification’ of the mind so that it may center on deeper, more meaningful thoughts.

Some practitioners even shut out all sensory input – no sights, no sounds, and nothing to touch – and try to separate themselves from the disorder around them. You may now focus on a deep, profound thought if this is your goal.

If the position allows you to relax and focus, then that would be a good starting point. While sitting or standing, the back should be straight, but not tense or tight. In other positions, the only no-no is slouching and falling asleep.

Loose, comfortable clothes help a lot in the process since tight fitting clothes have a tendency to choke you up and make you feel tense.

The place you perform meditation should have a soothing atmosphere. It may be in your living room, or bedroom, or any place that you feel comfortable in.

Silence helps most people relax and meditate, so you may want a quiet, isolated area far from the ringing of the phone or the humming of the washing machine. Pleasing scents also help in that regard, so stocking up on aromatic candles isn’t such a bad idea either.

In all, meditation is a relatively risk-free practice and its benefits are well worth the effort (or non-effort – remember we’re relaxing).

Healing Energy Explained

Chakra or energy center is a term used in Pranic healing, an ancient Hindu system of energy healing. “Prana” means life energy. “Aura” is another terminology traced to Pranic healing. Aura is a non-physical body that consists of energy, which exists along with our physical body. The aura that covers our body is said to have seven layers pertaining to the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of an individual as manifested by energy.

Studying the color and thickness of auras gives ideas on the state of health of individuals. Six colors are associated with aura and interpreted into six personalities. These colors are all present in an individual but one or two are more pronounced.

Tantra is another system of energy healing. It comes from the word “tan” which means to spread or expand. The notion of connectedness is a returning theme in Tantric writings on spirituality. As a method of healing, spirituality and sex figure prominently. It is thought that the joining together of man and woman can reach spiritual levels during orgasm, which removes the body and mind of collected impurity.

Unlike Pranic and Tantric healings, which have Hindu origins, Reiki originated in Japan. It is newer than Pranic and Tantric healings. Reiki represents universal energy, an energy brought forth by higher intelligence. Students of Reiki are taught how to tap this energy to heal physical, emotional, and mental illnesses.

Although Pranic, Tantra, and Reiki are all systems of energy healing, they differ in the type of energy tapped for healing: life energy, sexual energy, and universal energy respectively.

The concept of the between mind, body, and spirit; the connection of individuals to all living and nonliving things around them and to the universe; and how energy impacts physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being are some of the main similarities of these three healing methods.

Using Life Force To Create YOUR Life

Several years ago, I was doing a question and answer session after speaking about Energetic Balancing in Sedona, Arizona. One woman’s question began with a story about how she had participated in The AIM Program for a year. She said that the first seven months on the Program were the worst seven months in her entire life. She had experienced many discomforts she attributed to energetic detox as she cleared her active, hereditary and karmic imbalances. Her conclusion was that she couldn’t wait for her AIM Program to end so she could stop feeling such discomfort. But after that seven month period, she said she experienced the best five months of her life. She had so much energy, she was able to accomplish her goals during long days and well into every night. She spoke about burning the candle at both ends and feeling incredibly great the whole time. But then, after a number of months of high energy, she couldn’t stand it anymore and again couldn’t wait for her AIM Program to be over so she could rest!

She stopped there and I urged her on, asking what her question was. She paused for a moment and said “I’ve been off The AIM Program for about six months and I don’t have all that energy anymore.”

“Then go back on The AIM Program,” I said.

“I want to,” she told me. “But what do I do with all the energy?”

Maybe you’ve experienced this on The AIM Program yourself. As your energetic imbalances disappear, your flow of life force energy increases. And maybe you’re not sure what to do with that energy either.

To answer the “what do I do with all that energy” question, we have to look at what’s going on with Energetic Balancing and how it relates to Life Force energy. Our society and the philosophy about the nature of the world it embodies does not generally acknowledge the concept of Life Force, yet other, far older and perhaps wiser, philosophies and societies have considered Life Force to be the most important factor in achieving abundant health, wealth and happiness.

What is Life Force? Many people think of Life Force as the energy that propels their lungs to breathe and their heart to breathe. In acupuncture, life force is defined as the vital energy that circulates in the meridians, the energy pathways that make up the subtle-energy anatomy of the human body according to that discipline. The Chinese use the word Qi (pronounced “chee”, sometimes also spelled chi). Yogis call it prana. They speak of prana flowing on the breath, but not being the breath itself. These beliefs generally postulate that Life Force is the stuff of which everything is made.

EMC² teaches, along with the great spiritual teachings and physicists like Albert Einstein (whose birthday is coming up March 14, by the way, remember to celebrate!) Niels Bohr, David Boam and others, that everything is energy. (Our focus is on the spiritual aspects of energy, but we believe that quantum physics is a description of spiritual laws from a mathematical perspective.) If everything is energy, then Life Force must be energy, right?

If everything is energy, what is the difference between Life Force and all the rest of the energy of which everything consists? Try this: Life Force is the energy you have available to you to create your life. As you expand your consciousness, you have more energy available for that process.

Notice that this definition of Life Force includes everything in your life, not just your body. Everything in your life is a creative manifestation of Life Force. Your family, your possessions, your job, your pastimes, your feelings, your thoughts are all a result of the directed flow of Life Force. Who is directing that Life Force? Ultimately, you are.

EMC² speaks of the Energetic Matrix. The Energetic Matrix is what we believe is the underlying architecture of consciousness that provides the form and guidance which causes Life Force to flow and manifest in specific ways. Energetic imbalances are blockages to the flow of Life Force and they are found in the Energetic Matrix. When the flow of Life Force is blocked, the things that Life Force is supposed to manifest are distorted, diminished or simply fail to appear. Though many of these imbalances occur in the portion of the Energetic Matrix that manifests your physical body, the Energetic Matrix and the corresponding flows of Life Force affect all areas of your life.

EMC² believes that energetic imbalances you have carried from before this lifetime and those which you acquired hereditarily from the Energetic Matrices of your parents have polarities which attract other energetic imbalances and patterns in your life. Your thoughts, emotions and spirituality are all affected by the presence of energetic imbalances. The affectations become habits that are ingrained in you. Over decades or lifetimes these habits become so familiar that it can be difficult to differentiate your true nature from that part of yourself manifested by your energetic imbalances.

As you participate in The AIM Program, your higher self uses the balancing energies provided to you via the holographic connection to your photograph to bring these energetic imbalances to consciousness and thereby release them. But even when the imbalances are cleared, you may be stuck with the energetic habits created by longtime influence of those imbalances.

I have talked before about American soldiers captured by the North Vietnamese Army during the Vietnam War who were sometimes tortured by being placed in small boxes in the prison yard. They were kept tightly confined in those boxes for weeks or months. When they were finally released, they could not immediately stand up and walk again even though they were no longer in the box. It is the same for many of us with our energetic imbalances. Though the imbalance may have been removed, we must retrain ourselves to move freely in our lives.

To get back to our friend in Sedona, what is she supposed to do with all that energy? Remember, Life Force energy is for creating your life. And that’s what she should do with the energy.

If you’re looking for ways to deal productively with the increase of Life Force energy as your energetic imbalances disappear, remember what Einstein once said: “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.” Use your new found energetic freedom to easily make the changes in your life that will give you different results.
